2017-2018 Tuition & Fees


All tuition is paid through FACTS Tuition Management.  A discount of 2% of the annual tuition will be granted to families who choose to pay tuition in full by July 1, 2017.  Tuition payment schedules are also available over 10 months (August-May) and 11 months (July-May).  Tuition payments may also be made twice per month in FACTS at no extra cost.


Application Fee

$50 per new student payable with the Online Application and covers cost of student assessment

Enrollment Fee

Non-refundable paid after student is accepted per the schedule below.  Enrollment opens to new families beginning March 21, 2017.

School Supplies

As part of an HSA fundraiser and a service to our school families, school supplies are purchased through the school, delivered directly to your child's teachers, and billed to families in August.











$50 per student each year for participation in diocesan athletics including tournaments; athletics are open to students in grades 6th-8th, and occasionally 5th grade as needed.  This fee does not cover football, which is played through Fort Worth Youth Christian League.

Home & School Association Dues

$50 per family billed in the fall in lieu of mandatory fundraising

Service Hours Fee

$15 per hour if 30 service hours have not been performed by April 30, 2018

Tuition Assistance

All families seeking tuition assistance must apply for financial aid online through FACTS.  There is a $30 processing fee collected with the annual application.  Access FACTS Financial Aid through Online Application to create an account and complete the Grant & Aid application.  Priority is given to applications processed by April 15, 2017.  Once the enrollment process is complete, the school will review the financial aid applications and communicate an award, if eligible.  Only enrolled students are considered for tuition assistance.

*Supporting Parishioner Status
A family is considered in support of St. Rita Church through a minimum of $15 weekly donations using St. Rita Church envelopes between July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017.  If you are unsure of your status, please contact the church office for clarification.  Supporting status for tuition purposes will be determined only once each year for the entire year.  This status will be verified in June for the upcoming school year.
